  • Creating common agreements.
  • Mediating and conflict transformation.
  • Learning dynamic and creative group processes.

Kym Chi comes with a wealth of facilitation experience. She started working with Learning Through the Arts (LTTA) in 2011 where she offered creative facilitation in the classroom, teaching standardized curriculum with arts based methods.  During her time with LTTA she supported a reconciliation program as well as a youth empowerment program in Fort MacMurray, Alberta and took multiple trainings including an artist mentorship course and Cultural sensitivity training.  She has gained over 3000 hours direct facilitation experience in the past 7 years through Permaculture courses and classes, Reiki trainings and other group trainings.  In addition to her training with LTTA, Kym has studied and assisted directly with esteemed educators Robin Clayfield, Starhawk, Rosemary Morrow, Looby MacNamara, Michael Becker, Larry Santoyo and Scott Pittman.  Throughout her studies and practice, she has gathered great experience in curriculum development, resource development and enjoys creating learning tools including books, cards, games and posters to enhance the learning experience.
